Return and Refund Policy

Steel Tiger Pinball does not accept all returns once installed and reserve the right to deny refund based on the product purchased and its condition. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Exceptions include faulty products) 
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
• Refund Policy can be influenced depending on who installed the product on the machine (Professional Install or DIY)
• Damaged or incorrect goods are eligible 
• Electronic Parts, Including ROMS are not eligible for refunds or exchange
